CLIENT REVIEWS
“Sophie has changed my perspective on RMTs and their expertise - you can say I am now spoiled and have VERY high standards.
Sophie is more than just a massage therapist for me, she has been my physio, rehab, coach, and therapist.”
— Alba N.
“WerkHaus is a personal training gem in this city. I came to WerkHaus looking for personal training to help prepare for an upcoming top surgery, and post-surgery rehabilitation. I had never lifted seriously before. I was immediately hooked by the fantastic personal training provided by Zac and his team.”
— Haya G.
“The Werkhaus facilities are well equipped with everything you need, and the private setup allows you to focus on the workout at hand. It's perfect for those starting out and intimidated by the big corporate gyms, or those training at a high level and frustrated by the waiting for equipment to finish their set.”
— Trevor J.
