Gregory is currently an intern at Werkhaus and will be graduating in Summer 2025 with a diploma in Fitness and Health Promotion at Humber College. He moved to Canada from Romania when he was just 1 year old. Growing up, sports have always been a big part of his life—from playing soccer in Romania to participating in high school sports like cross country here in Canada. He is passionate about health and fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.

His other hobbies outside of the gym is watching Rick and Morty and movie Robocop, Jack Reacher show. 

Fabian is currently a student at Bishop Marrocco Secondary School. Fabian enjoys playing basketball, learning martial arts and has a passion for anything health and fitness.

When Fabian is not working out or playing sports, Fabian enjoys playing video games or watching anime.

Upon graduating, Fabian hopes to pursue a career in the Strength & Conditioning world either as a coach or a personal trainer in order to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.

Aidan is currently a student at Bishop Marrocco Secondary School. Aidan loves to play sports, especially as goalkeeper in soccer. Aidan hopes to one day possibly play pro as a goalie when he is older.

Aidan loves to go on walks and hang out with friends in his spare time.

Aidan is aiming to pursue a postsecondary education in business management with a focus on sports.

Kali is a Fitness & Health Promotion graduate from Humber College and current Kinesiology student at Sheridan College, as well as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. She helps women improve their fitness, strength, and overall health through evidence-based training and nutrition. With hands-on experience in personal training, a physiotherapy clinic, and a competitive powerlifting background, she is now pursuing goals of competing in bodybuilding. Kali is eager to learn, grow, and continue refining her skills as a coach in the fitness and wellness space through her internship at WerkHaus.

Tam is currently a student at Bishop Marrocco Secondary School. Tam loves to binge watch anime and learn about social media. Tam hopes to one day own a business of his own.

When Tam isn’t at school he loves to workout at home.

Tam aims to take a year off from school to pursue his dreams.
